April leaned back against the wall of the seedy little hole in the wall joint she liked to call a bar with a decent beer on tap and waited, glancing towards the door with feigned disinterest as most of the other clientele did each time the door jangled after opening. Most of the regulars knew her; most of them even knew enough not to ask November for a smoke. To April, this was as good a place as any to unwind, especially when she didn't feel like pounding back the beers.
After all, what more entertainment could she ask for then having "Jack Simon" back at her side? At least there would be no shortage of jokes for a while. ]
